Return and Refund Policy
1. **Return Eligibility:** We accept returns of items within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags still attached.
2. **How to Initiate a Return:** If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team via email karen@karengardinier.co, providing your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and your reason for the return. After review, we will email you a return authorization number.
3. **Shipping Returns:** Once you receive the return authorization, please pack the item(s) securely and mail it back to us using the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. **Refunds:** Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund. Please allow for up to 14 business days for the refund to process. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
5. **Exchanges:** If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.
6. **Exceptions:** Certain products, such as perishables, personalized items, or items on sale, may be exempt from this return policy. Please review the individual product details for information on exclusions.

SHIPPING POLICIES
1. General:** All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Shipping Location:** We ship both domestically and internationally. Some restrictions may apply and some destinations may not be serviced.
3. Delivery Time:** An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
4. Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Here, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed, prior to the completion of the order.
5. Damaged Items:** We take care in packing your order, however, if items are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Tracking:** If tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** Orders shipped outside of our jurisdiction may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees which are levied once a shipment reaches their country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
